RockSugar Southeast Asian Kitchen (transitioning from Rock Sugar Pan Asian Kitchen®) is a chef-driven fine-casual restaurant concept that delivers an innovative menu of explosive flavors from Southeast Asia. Dishes, served family-style, are all handmade in-restaurant with fresh ingredients and offer explosive flavor developed from daily fresh hand ground spice blends commonly used in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. We also offer freshly-made desserts that infuse traditional French flair into nearly a dozen Asian-influenced items. The restaurants’ design transports guests to an exotic locale the moment they step through the front doors. We currently operate two RockSugar Southeast Asian Kitchen restaurants.
